I am attempting to change my eating habits…(long time listeners will notice that this is a common attempt on my part). So, here in this blog I am going to report on my progress. My eating habits are despicable. The more that I have focused on eating different/right foods, the worst my habits have been. Mostly I just eat too much.

I have decided to go through the weighdown workshop. I really appreciate the programs focus on learning how to not eat too much food. Food isn’t the problem…our overeating is the problem. So, here I go, eh? Cheer for me, pray for me or role your eyes as I once more try to rescue my 220 lb body (which is in there under all the excess) from its ugly ‘coat.’ I could be a new man by the new year…I sure hope I am.
