I must restate something that I said in Hey Turn Off that TV

I didn’t mean to put down people who have no choice but to put their kids in child care.  I was wrong to be so arrogant and pious.

Rest assured I know that I can be a real ass (def: pompous fool) at times.  I hope that you all can forgive me.

Thanks to the anonymous person who set me straight.  Here is what he/she said:

I don’t think that it’s fair for you to say that day care is above family. If you’re in the situation where your wife can stay home with the kids, GREAT! Awesome. But be happy about it, feel blessed, and stop automatically jumping to conclusions and being judgemental toward people who aren’t as blessed!!

I appreciate the honesty.
