Quote from Fat Isaac:

I typically eat out 4-5 times a week. It is my job. That will be the toughest part about this whole thing.

If you dare you can watch as I try to commit to losing weight on my other blog.

Warning – not pretty . . .

you know, you should eat lots of fruit…hmmm…I know Oranges for sure. They’re part of a negative calorie diet. You burn up more calories just digesting it than is in the Orange. Something about all the vitamins or something. I don’t really understand it. I just read it:-)

Wow what a challenge. I admire that you are wanting to do something about it. I am proud of you. Self control is the hardest I must say. For me, for sure. We want to get more veggies and fruit in our diet, hard to keep up on the shopping.

I want to know more about your missions trip, I barely heard a mention of it only one time. That is so exciting.
